Ambassador Watanabe Visits Yazaki’s Dimitrovgrad, Bulgaria Plant

    On July 9th, 2019, Ambassador Watanabe visited Yazaki’s third factory in Bulgaria located near Dimitrovgrad. Accompanied by Yazaki Europe Ltd. Chairman Munenori Yamada, Yazaki Dimitrovgrad Plant Manager Robert Piliszewski, and Yazaki Yambol and Sliven Plant Manager Vladimir Sedlarski, the Ambassador toured the facility’s production line and received a detailed account of wire harness manufacturing processes at Yazaki’s three factories in Bulgaria, the company’s human resource development policies, and its contribution to the local community. During the visit, Ambassador Watanabe also spoke with Dimitrovgrad Mayor Ivo Dimov.
 
    The new Yazaki plant in Dimitrovgrad is impressive with its large-scale production activity taking place within a vast area. The plant provides numerous employees with the opportunity to work in a clean, safe, well-organized environment.
