Kyowa Europe’s Production Base in Sofia

On July 31st, 2019, a member of the Embassy of Japan in Sofia visited Kyowa Europe Ltd.’s production area in Sofia. The company is a Bulgarian manufacturing base of the Japanese Kyowa Manufacturing Co., Ltd. In addition to the production facility in Bulgaria, products of the Japanese company are manufactured by its affiliates elsewhere, for instance in the USA.
Kyowa Europe Ltd. manufactures PULSEROLLER Motorized Drive Roller products and controls which are used in building automated conveyor systems applicable in a variety of industries. Kyowa Europe Ltd. Manager Mr. Nikolay Petrov noted that the company has been improving its performance steadily since it first started manufacturing operations in 2013, also expanding the company’s facilities and the number of employees.
